We do not charge by the hour and you will never receive a bill for calling us with a question. In general, all basic supplies that you use in your business for accounting purposes are included in the monthly charge. There are some exceptions, including but not limited to, employment labor posters, mileage logs, etc.

For a small monthly bookkeeping fee you will receive a Balance Sheet report (if double entry), Income Statement and General Ledger, we can also provide more accounting report by request. The average of this fee is $125 per month, please call one of our office manager to assist you.

Payroll Fees

The payroll service is based on an average monthly quantity and a fixed monthly fee is agreed upon at the outset. If the number of employees changes significantly, either up or down, the fee will be renegotiated.
